About Me
I worked as a postpartum RN for years before I discovered birthing clients needed more continuity of care and support.
The doula role allows me to be there before, during, and after birth to witness and support mothers more completely.
I support with informational resources, physical guidance, and compassionate listening and advocation.
I am 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and a holistic health advocate. I have supported holistic approaches to health that honor eastern, western, and indigenous traditions.
Birth is powerful, spiritual, and cultural. Most importantly, it is personal and intimate.
Many mothers struggle with traumatic birth experiences because they often do not know what to expect.
I facilitate mobility for labor and birth through yoga and stretching. I can assist with breathwork practices that prepare for birth with intention and power and avoid labor exhaustion. I offer information and resources to aid families with informed consent.
I would love to support your birth.
